We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using trusted carriers to ensure your fishing equipment arrives safely and promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Korum fishing gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.

Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be in original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Baits and groundbaits (category « Appâts – Amorces »)
  • Used carnassier fishing products
  • Personal hygiene or camping kitchen items

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  2. Our team will send you a return authorization with shipping instructions
  3. Pack items carefully in their original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your request within 5 business days

Tip: We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. For international returns, please mark the package as « RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE – SANS VALEUR COMMERCIALE » on the shipping label.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product
  • For international returns, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • If the exchange item is available, we’ll ship it as soon as possible
  • If unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund
  • Exchange shipping is free if the exchange is due to our error
